Dr. Bernstein
Dr. Bernstein has practiced in the Queen Village/Society Hill area since 1986. He opened his solo office on 4th Street in 1989. In February 1998, he opened his current office at the corner of 3rd and Bainbridge Streets.
Dr. Bernstein's wife, Maria, is a guidance counselor at Wissahickon High School in Ambler, PA. Stepdaughter Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Delaware and now works as a Project Manager in a company that designs continuing education courses for doctors. Liz's husband Mike is an environmental engineer. Stepdaughter Renee attends the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Bernstein believes that continuing his education is essential in order to keep abreast of the rapidly changing world of modern dentistry. He regularly attends courses and seminars dealing with all areas of dentistry, particularly Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Practice Management. In his spare time, Dr. Bernstein enjoys many hobbies including live music, Major League Baseball, the Philadelphia Eagles, reading about American history, numismatics, and collecting pre-WW2 baseball cards.
